The service is friendly, welcoming, and supportive, with staff happy to recommend the best locations and restaurants to visit in Muscat. The location is superb, close to cafes and shops while offering a serene and peaceful environment. The dining experience is of very good quality with plenty of options. Overall, a delightful stay with minor room for improvement in dining variety.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were just fabulous, especially the ones facing the sea. The service was top-notch, and the staff was so attentive and helpful. Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, but having to buy our own food and eat in the room was not ideal. However, the service was welcoming and helpful. The location was elegant but not very practical for visiting most of Muscat's sights without a car.
